Cyler is a student in Ralph's special education class. He plays the keyboard that the class formed. They played at a concert protesting the transporting of nerve gas by the army. The concert was set up by Hydra; an enemy agent, who was going to sabotage the transport leading to many deaths but was stopped by Ralph and Bill. (Classical Gas)
