Mike (last name unknown) worked for Johnny " the Dancer" Damanti. He was the one who sent the two hitmen after Bill and Ralph when they were transporting Scarlet Wild. After the two men were arrested, Johnny and Mike went down to LA from San Francisco themselves in the armored hit car to finished the job. They were both defeated and arrested after they attacked Whitney High School. (The Hit Car)
